Abstract Submission Instructions:
When submitting an abstract, fields marked with a red ( * ) are mandatory, and must be filled in.
Title and abstract must be provided with your contribution.
Select either "Presentation" (meaning oral presentation) or "Poster" within abstract submission page.
In the Primary Authors field, the name of expected presenter/speaker must be provided. List Co-Authors, if any.
Select single Working Group (called "Tracks" on the submission form) where you are submitting the abstract. Working Groups conveners will be able to adjust, in consultation with the abstract submitter, in which group the submission is presented.
After abstract submission you will get E-mail notification about submitted abstract. Please, check that all entries are correct.
Selection of the contributions for presentations/posters is expected to be finalized by the end of May 2017.
