Crew Chief

• See slides.

Operations Coordinator

• Review of Monday's power outage schedule.

Linac

• Running well.

Booster

• See slides.

Main Injector & Recycler

• Presentation on MI-52 vacuum. Timing change and ramp rate studies requested. May be ready to study next week. See slides.

NuMI

• V118 was inspected. Safety system dropped during Wednesday storm.

NuMI Experiments

• Running well. Ready for Monday shutdown.

Booster Neutrino

• Wednesday's storm glitched three systems. MI-12 lost chipmunks, fake RAD trip. Air flow input to c204 failed, (will fix on Monday.) Have temporary acknowledgable alarm. Lost NIM modules for resistive wall monitor. Thanks to Booster personnel for a replacement module. Suspect a very close lightning strike.

BNB Experiments

• Issue with the lightning strike. Some DAQ issues to be resolved. Shifter reported bright flash.

Muon Rings

• Continuing access this morning. Working on shunts in the Delivery ring and BLM's in the M5 line. Target station PS's pulsing on correct events, yesterday. Try to run beam this afternoon. To the target. If all goes well, try to run secondaries this weekend. Muon would like to be part of the decision if an access into MI is considered over the weekend.

MTA

• Some frig issues resolved. Cavity work continues.

SY120, Neutrino Muon, Meson Test, Meson Center

• Running well when beam was available. Thanks to Rad techs & operations for help with the M03 experiment. Experiment was very successful.

SY120 Experiments

• Experiments all doing well. No new experiments in Mtest for a couple of weeks. Seaquest will be installing new hotoscopes on Monday.

FAST

• 300 Mev quads valved into LCW system. Two of the quads leaked. TD repaired. Beamline pumping down from the 441 to 609 region. Key cores installed in interlock dorrs/gates. CAVE ODH class One (1) Monday will then go into supervised access. Magnet checkouts to begin next week. Sapphire window failed leak check. Found different window from A0 inventory. Beamtube from 50 Mev line to cryo module has been connected.

PIP-II Injector Test

• Shutdown continues.

Alignment

• Support for Pixie & short baseline Neutrino experiment.

Controls

• (reference to c204/lightning strike issue) Network switch failure noted. Upgrade this summer. HT702 trim c453 connector paddle issue.

Cryo

• MTA frig recovered after glitch. Meson found plugged water cooling line. SDC cold @ 2 degrees K. CMTF cold @ 4 degrees K. G minus 2 engine went down last week, ok now @ 4K. Start decontamination after power outage Monday.

ES&H

• (reference to lightning strike & Rad monitors)

EE Support

• Wednesday repaired water leak on MI bend PS 60 South. Inspected V118 filter choke. Water leak is being diverted successfully, repair during summer shutdown.

Instrumentation

• Much work in progress for Muon Campus.

Mechanical & Fluids

• (reference to MI-52 vacuum issues) Preparing to address this on Monday.

RF

• Running well MIRF17 is down, cavity short issue, fix on Monday.

FESS

Summer Shutdown 2017

• Shutdown schedule has changed, but not yet approved. See slides.
