Overview of 35 ton Michelle Stancari
Muon counter is recycled from CDF. It is both limited by availability and the space around the-already-installed cryostat.
Due to the material between the counter and the cryostat, the energy threshold for trespassing muon is about 300-500 MeV

35 ton online purity monitor Jonathan Davies
In adopting the idea of muon counter to the CERN Prototype experiment, we should consider the granularity and the coverage. Some simulation would be useful.
35 ton has the related simulation code to share. Though the code is implemented in LArSoft. Need geometry implementation of CERN Prototype in LArSoft.
Took muon counter system from CDF since it is free, compact, and no need of high voltage.

SMU Group Tom Coan
SMU Group has fair amount experience at NOvA experiment – in thinking of carrying that experience over to DUNE. In the stage of submitting a 3-year proposal to DOE – due late this year.
