Hatch Mott Macdonald and Arup USA have developed detailed cost and schedule estimates for the 75% preliminary design produced by Arup USA. This workshop is intended to compare these estimates to ensure that they have appropriately captured the scope. The output of this workshop will be revised cost and schedule estimates based on this comparison. These revised estimates will be the basis for the CD3a director’s review, and will also be used to build the 100% preliminary design cost and schedule to be used for the CD3A DOE review.
