ONLY portrait posters can be presented, due to limited space.
- All posters should be maximum 3 by 4 feet
- Printing on the poster should be large enough to be read by the reviewers from ~6ft away.
- The posters should be in portrait/vertical position.
- We will have display boards in which the posters will be put on. We’re using push pins as the display board is fabric.
- Graphs and photos should be high resolution.
- You will be notified which session your poster will be presented and the assigned number.
- All posters must be up by 12:00pm on Tuesday, October 25th
- Poster Session I Poster Numbers 1-7 are in Session I and must have their presenters standing by their posters from 1:00pm – 2:00pm for the open poster session. Poster Numbers 8-15 and 16-22 will be on display however the presenters do not need to be present.
- Poster Session II will have Poster Numbers 8-15 and must have their presenters standing by their posters from 1:00pm- 2:00pm for the open poster session. Poster Numbers 1-7 and 16-22 will be on display however the presenters do not need to be present.
- Poster Session III will have Poster Number 16-22 and must have their presenters standing by their posters from 1:00pm-2:00pm for the open poster session. Poster Numbers 1-7 and 8-15 will be on display however the presenters do not need to be present.
- All posters must be removed by 5:00pm on Thursday, October 27th or they will be discarded.
