ReadyTalk Meeting ID: 8244415#
Action items from today's meeting :

1) At today's meeting we agreed to have a follow up one-off working meeting Tuesday (Tomorrow) at 3pm central.
Same connection information... ReadyTalk 8244415# (Jeff's code).
2) By the Wednesday AM meeting we need to decide if we are planning (a) on using the CERN profiles as the baseline plan and treating Bo's profiles as a fallback plan or (b) using the BNL profiles for phase I and possibly upgrade to CERN profiles for Phase II.

3) Please review Vic's schedule spreadsheet for task completeness. Then review the tasks for assignments, duration, and resources. It is important to get that feedback this week to determine if we can met the challange of  Eric's top-down driven schedule.

4) Similarly, give feedback to Eric, Alan, and Sara on draft org chart. Are there major tasks missing? Are there groups not indicated in the task list.

5) Francesco reported that the grounding panels can be produced and in hand at CERN in 1 month.  Vic's current design. 1570mm long, 525mm wide. Francesco send to Claudio and start the process.

6) Establish a regular standing weekly working meeting.  Here's a poll:

8) Vic to split the field cages in half but needs feedback on mounting (do we hanger?)

=============================
Tuesday’s follow-up meeting:
=============================

Mike/Amy's emailed slides on cameras, locations, and deployment concepts. Action item is to get a model (Bo) and drawings (Alan) of the cryostat distributed to facilitate optical concepts.

Went through Alan's talk (deferred from Monday) on 35t fill two schedule, experience, and notes.  Action item is to think through a projected phase 1 HV test schedule. Drives the delivery schedule for pre-assembly test and shipping.

Jeff/Vic to check with Thomas doing resister chains/boards?  (done by Vic; OK)

Meeting next week on Thursday July 6th at 10am central.  Based on the doodle poll this is the most compatible time and might be the time going forward.  Jeff will solicit responses at the Wednesday meeting.

Jeff to give an update on group on Bo's Wed meeting.

============================================
Wednesday (Bo’s weekly field cage meeting):
============================================

Francesco says there are 3 (maybe 4) vendors for Al profiles. Costs with conductive coating look comparable to Bo's SS prices.

Francesco to continue with additional R&D in parallel with phase 1 work.

Eric says - we will use the (BNL) SS roll-formed field profiles for phase 1. If Al comes in time we can think about a small test area of the Al.

Follow up with Raul on mold for end caps to get quote.

Gap between the gaps currently 3mm.

CERN to get ground plates based on Vic's model (not changing)
Vic to send out a drawing of his ground plate dimensions for comment on dimensions

Extra ground plane for beam-plug side; Want it installed in phase 1?   Would need to be removed.  Bo wants it in phase one. A stand-alone object in phase 1 resting on membrane or ground plane. Will couple to plug in phase 2.
