The goals for this workshop are to (1) familiarize everything with the tools we will be using, (2) to discuss and advance some of the algorithm ideas that are present in the proposal based on ongoing work, and (3) to make plans for the year. Since we are a small group, the current plan is to do hands-on work for each of these areas.
