5 Points I currently have for the review:

1. Our stakeholders (physics and non-physics) are pleased with what we are doing for them and are collaboratively involved.

2. The project is well run and can track and explain its finances and work.

3. The next layer of technical staff is expert, knowledgable, (young), understands and enthusiastically contributing to the project.

4. The collaboration is works diligently and effectively, and has increasing engagement, with peers, projects on which we depend, and partners who depend on us both in the US and abroad

5. We have a vision and our stakeholders have expectations beyond 2010/2011
