Those who have not yet registered but wish to attend are invited to fill out the online registration form to indicate their intention to participate in the workshop. Click 'registration form' in the left-hand menu. There is a $130 registration fee that can be paid with cash or with a credit card on the first day of the workshop. Note that travel and hotel information is linked in blue text in the center of the main indico page, labeled 'Travel, accommodations, and logistics'. This appears immediately below the list of chairs. Questions on logistics can be sent to cosmic.visions.2017@gmail.com. Programmatic questions should be sent to the conveners, who are listed under 'Scientific Programme'.
