1. Measurement system

2. Clean room options
   1. Why not the NWA?
      1. James strongly advocates using A0
   2. What needs to be done at A0?
      1. Should meet with Dave Augustine to determine the scope

3. Readiness for the FSP procurement

         1. Holding for a final diameter of the FT from the ES simulations
         2. Retaining plate – holding for the clocking pin – GDT – minor
         3. Stand offs – revisit based on the electric field
         4. Suspension of the frame: Matt wants to redo the FEA – wrong boundary conditions, need to figure out how to do it right (Brian’s question from the review)
         5. Need to look at how to mount the clearing electrodes
            1. Chris Jensen: look at g-2 design (Volodya Tyschenko, BNL)
      2. Matt plan:
         1. Foil assembly
            1. Checking lengths of foils and springs
            2. Measured STD on the spring constant to be 0.02 lbf/in, nominal is 0.89lbf/in
            3. Fixture to comply with +- 0.077 length tolerance
            4. Manufacturer’s limit on the spring tension before plastic deformation ???
         2. Check Pin spacing for the springs
         3. E-field simulations for the CE on the frame
         4. Structural FEA on the frame
         5.  E-field simulation with frame, cathode and flanges
         6. E-field on the stand-offs
         7. E-field on the Feedthrough
         8. Matt’s availability on this is more than 50%
