Crew Chief Operations Summary→ See slide
Linac→ Marx code upgrade on LRF1&3. Debuncher pump issue, will swap to spare when repaired. (no operational impact) Thanks to MSD & fluids for working on pump. (no spare pump while repair in progress) RFQ tuning range was adjusted. Linac came back a bit lossy but continues to improve.
Booster→ Runnig 93% eff. Working on eff. Next Monday & Tuesday lattice measurement in association with Japanese Colaboration. 4 hrs of machine studies each day with $17 & $12 events in timeline. (est. 7-8% impact on BNB operation)
Booster Neutrino→ Running well. Thanks for horn PS work oppertunity.
BNB Experiments→ Running well.
Main Injector & Recycler→ Running well. As mention MI20 LCW work in progress. Studies planned in conjunction with Japanese Colaboration; parasitic with a $20 in timeline.
NuMI→ {had trouble hearing the report.}
NuMI Experiments→ All OK.
Muon Rings→ G-2 on access since Monday. Lattice studies for beamline. Maintenace on P1 & P2 PS's regulator cards. Access yesterday, concerns about water in AP50 pit; ctrl issue now OK. Some tunnel work. Repaired scrapers that had motion ctrl issues. Try to establish beam later today.
Muon Experiments→ Been in since Monday. Vacuum system opened. Found some independent problems. Will finish vacuum work later today. Would like to run the ring tonight. Tomorrow open during the day.
SY120→ Measurements made for P1&2 PS reg changes have helped to return to exact running values. MT4W work last night. Ops did some non-standard tuning to satisfy user requests. More EDIT controlled accesses today.
SY120 Experiments→ EDIT prime user during the day. Installed 1429 equipment.
ES&H→ Need to place badges in NuMI RAW room. (plan during shutdown later this month)
EE Support→ QF12, Q709, Q707 reg changes. Also MC5D. LRF3 resistor installed 1&3 Marx code upgrade, BNB horn reg swaped. KPS1c work. MT4W external regulator.
Mechanical→ Debuncher skip flexible connector issue. Small dripper on shaft of pump. Temperature issue MI20 LCW. Suspect a potentiometer on 3-way valve. Work in progress. DI bottles pending installduring 3/27 shutdown.
RF→ Some PM & calibrations during yesterday's DT. MIRF gap envelope threshold adjusted.
Controls→ PIOX cable swap seems to have solved the 377 timer issue.
Instrumentation→ Nothing to add.
FESS→ Divers in today for zebra mussels. Relamp in Klystron area. 10 ton air handler, 2 seed motor obsolete will use single speed motor. Andy's pump issue.
Miscellaneous→ Some mention about S:HP3DS (US?) ramp time early trigger.
