Authentication

Some people on the call don’t yet have fermilab id’s

Rucio—successful xfer from FNAL to Manchester

 

RAL ECHO is it working now?  Raja—No, not yet

More HW procurement in place—but right now down for all.

Slowly starting systems to try to see and test.. expect will be up and down.

 

This outage and any other outages broadcast at EGI

Robert—the auth layer of dynafed is up can still test that.

Think delegation is working now.

FTS3 makes second delegation have to be sure that works.

 

DPM sites—(almost all except QMUL and Imperial)

Need 3rd party plugin called DOME for support of 3rd party https

ATLAS found major problems with that plugin so DPM sites not running it now.

 

Imperial to Manchester 3rd party is direct

 

Rucio configuration not sufficient to handle the webdav situation

Only 1 end has to support 3rd party, rucio doesn’t know that.

 

Now working on getting Rucio working with messaging services.

(Better interaction with SAM, etc).

Allow to use volatile/caching RSE

 

 

Finally got off-site access to https://rucio.fnal.gov server again
