Development:
- RC3 out, Brian made new build RC3.1 and deployed at UNL on all xrootd data nodes
- news/date for v4.9.0? nobody knows, but should include recent bug fixes by BrianB (github issues #888, 892, 891).
ATLAS:
- Ilija reports about number of errors and disconnects to be investigated in cache setup
- BNL has own 60TB NVMEs over 100Gbit link, Ilija is wondering about performance, deployment will be not done via slate because of lot of hassle with firewall stuff at BNL
- Edgar mentioned they are going to try 100TB NVMEs at UCSD
CMS:

OSG:
BrianL/Mat:
- renamed repo from StashCache into xcache
- xcache-xrootd 1.0 at the door, currently for EL7 only based on 4.9.0 (or >-=RC3)
- authfile to be generated and periodically updated from topology, it requires changes in the topology which are done, what remains is convention in the config, Mat is tweaking this in conversation with BrianB via PR
- preparing xcache container that OSG will ship xcache rpm and xrootd 4.9.0

- any news on kubernetes UChicago? Just that we set few caches behind redirectors, need to check whether the old cache mwt2-stashcache.campuscluster.illinois.edu is behind redir or what are the plans as they mentioned the HW will be deprecated
