        - Identify slung loads for transporting this material through the Ross shaft - Include the tooling (example specialized scaffolding for inside the cryostat, DSS beams) - Also include the plans for installation of the DSS, cleaning of the membrane and associated materials logistics and estimated quantities for the cleaning materials, leak testing of the cryostat and access during various phases

        - Discuss the staging of equipment on the cantilevered section of the mezzanine and the loads. - Include sequencing of installation. Feed thru vent pipes, are the gas analyzers in this scope, where does all of this equipment go. This should include the physical items needed underground and at the surface, trades and services. - Make a list of assumptions as to who is providing specific tooling (examples: shaft guides for items, loading and unloading conveyances at surface and 4850 (who designs?), special carts for dewars, rigging points to items with CG calculations) Using a table for these items, we can fill in the names during the meeting. - Who is designing the stands on the mezzanine for the dewars and tanks shown in the model? - Who is designing the pipe supports that attach to the wall? Need to inform SDSD for procurement and identify necessary resources for installation.

      With respect to these consortia talks, four key elements are required:
      (1) Parts Breakdown Structure for your system. This should include the list of deliverables & all tooling. In addition, identify any items that require special handling (i.e., deliverables that exceed the cage dimensions identified in Section 2.d. Hoisting Parameters for Ross Shaft, Docdb#328 facility access specification);
      (2) Personnel requirements during installation & integration
      (3) QA & testing plans.
      (4) expectations about services provided by detector installation team and facility services team
      Do NOT include an overview of your system; these focused talks should only address these three elements.
