Tom finished writing and testing a TPC raw data decoder tool that does not put the raw digits in the event but rather passes them back by reference.  It takes as input the module:instance spec to decode a "chunk", however that's defined by the DAQ and specified in fcl.  The test module takes a list of chunks to unpack and puts the raw digits in the event.  The requested tool that digs through the input data for a specific APA's data involves more choices and involves more effort.

Kurt had provided some test runs chunked with APAs, but had mentioned that at least one run was missing WIB headers.

Tom updated the copy-an-example-and-compile-it tutorial for the CM.
