Minutes for October
Attending: Karl Warlburton, Barbara Yaegi, Ferenanda Psihas
Kickoff meeting: Karl and Fernanda remain as core members this year, with Barbara and Gavin as regular members.
This week we discussed with Mario Lucero the consitution of this committee and responsibility to take on the organization of the open forum (formerly EDI seminars).
Action items:
- To formally add Bryan Ramson as non-UEC/FSPA member to the seminar organization for this year.
- To discuss budgets with Sandra Charles as per previous Open Forum discussion meetings.
- To discuss with UEC chair and FSPA about dates for new members to be added to the committee.
