Most python scripts in dunetpc have been upgraded to be python 3 compatible, including some old ones that are no longer used (35t data handling for example).  The project.py plugin scripts in duneutil may still require some modification.

We are waiting for new versions of hep_hpc and nusystematics to make new releases of protoduneana and dunetpc
