The Registration Fee is $85 and includes attendance at all sessions, coffee breaks, and administrative costs of organizing the meeting. No refunds will be issued for non-use of services provided. There is an optional social events fee of $100. This all-inclusive fee includes the Welcome Reception on March 19, 2014 and the Banquet on March 20, 2014, as well as transportation to both events. All registration fees must be in U.S. dollars only. YOU ARE NOT CONSIDERED REGISTERED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
