The SOI Workshop will take place at the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory
in Batavia, IL on March 4 and 5, 2010. The workshop will focus on the development of the Silicon-On-Insulator technology for the application of particle detectors. Experts from Japan, Europe and the US will convene to exchange their recents experiences. The workshop is pleased to have strong participation of experts from OKI-Semiconductor Industries.
