(Just looking at advantages and disadvantages of various concepts with some design information) sometime before the Project X collaboration meeting (which is the week of April 11). We are thinking perhaps the week of April 4 so that travelers to the Project X collaboration meeting could come here the previous week and join that review. But this is very tentative right now, no fixed plans or date, just the idea for a review.
