Martina Gerbino - "Neutrinos Across Froniters" via BLUEJEANS

US/Central
Description

Cornering unknowns in neutrino physics is one of the top goals in fundamental physics in the next decade. Experimental and theoretical advances are expected from various areas, including laboratory searches (oscillation experiments, kinematic measurements, neutrino interactions, neutrinoless double-beta decay searches), and cosmology (observations of anisotropies in the cosmic microwave background and of the large-scale distribution of matter). Each facility is sensitive to different combinations of neutrino properties, and comes with completely independent analysis techniques. In this talk, I will discuss how the joint analysis of the aforementioned probes can help unveil neutrino properties, such their mass and/or the presence of additional neutrino species.
