How do we communicate with the rest of the EC community?
Meetings with funding agencies for early career members
Educational series in conjunction with the frontiers to help early career members better understand fields outside their own and better engage with Snowmass process
Networking opportunities at Snowmass/APS events (ethics committee had idea to have meal/coffee signups so that people can join new groups to go out to eat during conferences. This would allow people to meet new people and relieve some of the cliquishness)
Engage with community
COVID Impact
Visas, international collaboration, making meetings accessible for those with visas
Suggestions:
- making sure the community understand the snowmass process
- organizing general SEC meetings, at least an introductory one?
- social media / web presence
