    • Direct effort to many already existing conversations within snowmass
    • Identify CommF topical groups relevant for discussion/LoI submission
  • Decide what outcomes will be
    • What will LoIs look like?
      • 1 with all topics vs multiple
  • Bring up new initiative ideas
  • Decide on future meetings
