Idea (Xianyi Zhang): cross-frontier communication for overlapping topics is a good opportunity to get more information.

Tanaz Mohayai: 3-month leadership term is set with intention to attract more people to sign up to improve participation.
Question: how long are the leadership terms in other frontiers?
Answer: mostly 3 months.
Plan for a workshop to see what peoples’ been working on for LOI.
Survey has been sent about LOI participation.
Pranava Teja Surukuchi: send another survey near the deadline of LOI submission.
Vishvas Pandey: LOI deadline is likely to be a soft deadline.
Facilitate a way to show peoples’ field of interests and contributions to Snowmass that are being worked on.
Suggestion: add another round table meeting next week about hearing members’ participation in LOI. The idea is to give the meeting participants a chance to showcase what they’ve doing in the Snowmass process.
