It is best to read the article ahead of time, but all are welcome. During the meeting, we will briefly review the key points of the article, and discuss the implications of the results as well as where the field can go from here to address diversity training efficacy, implementation, and goals. (We intend to continue looking at peer-reviewed literature on this topic for the next ~3 biweekly Journal Club Meetings.)
