Abstract: Endpoint singularities are encountered in factorization for many exclusive QCD processes, hinting at a scale violation of simple scale separation. In this talk, I will present the first renormalized factorization theorem for a process with endpoint singularities, which is described at subleading power in soft-collinear effective theory. To remove the endpoint singularities, we systematically rearrange the factorization formula by refactorization conditions. As an example, we study the b-quark induced Higgs to diphoton decay, deriving the evolution equations for all quantities in the factorization theorem and resumming large logarithms at next-to-leading logarithmic accuracy.
