Bi-weekly meeting of Snowmass energy frontier topical group EF03 (top and heavy flavor production). We have time for updates from people working on Snowmass studies. We will also have plenty of time for discussion.

Intro:

• Follow up with LOI writers

• Check with ATLAS and CMS groups that are working on future studies for Snowmass

Kidonakis, Soft gluon corrections:

• tqH, can also do tqZ? - yes, in progress

• Even at 100 TeV, soft-gluon corrections are still more important than higher-order fixed-order corrections

• PDF uncertainties become large for tW at LHC and also at 100 TeV

• Plan is to write a Snowmass contribution for these calculations, possibly also a journal paper
