The goal of this community meeting is to organize activities and identify teams to deliver three targeted Snowmass White Papers (due March 15, 2022) on the session topics. The white papers should summarize the status and future needs of our three focus topics for High Energy Physics and synergistic activities of the broader accelerator community.
