4. Update on RFI at Tianlai - Jixia
   1. RFI started on Oct 30
   2. Jixia contacted government radio committee, who identified source as nearby China Mobile 5G installation
   3. Jixia contacted engineer at China mobile, who reduced (turned off?) the power level.  Weak RFI remained.  Furen also reports that weak RFI existed before Oct 30. 
   4. Furen reports that RFI disappeared completely from FRB system starting on Dec 31.
   5. Is it possible there are two sources of RFI at this same frequency?
