As per DUNE bylaws, votes will be collected by individual, not by institution.
Anyone who has been an official DUNE collaborator since February 11, 2021 is eligible to vote.
This includes PhDs or equivalent, engineers, and graduate students.
Voting will close on midnight CST on Thursday February 24, 2022.
