The Snowmass Early Career Survey Initiative constructed, administered and analyzed a survey of the entire Snowmass community to learn about the perspectives of particle physicists at all career stages and associated staff on the status and future ambitions of the field. Before we meet together in Seattle, what has the community revealed about itself? and what does that mean for our future?
