The meeting will be held at Lancaster University.
Timetable: The general meeting will start after lunch at 1:00 PM on 11th Jan and will finish at about 4:30 PM on the 12th Jan.
The IB meeting will take place from 10 AM - 12 PM on the 11th Jan.
Directions: the 4 and 4X bus services operate between Lancaster Railway Station (platform 3 exit, bus stop on the opposite side of the road) and Lancaster University every 30 minutes. The journey time is around 25".
Taxis are also available at the station.
Alternatively, within walking distance, the bus station is situated on Damside Street in the city centre, and most buses also stop at Common Garden Street: 1/1A, 100, 4, 4X, 40, 41 and 42.

Parking: visitors coming by car can park in the campus.
Accommodation: We reserve some rooms at the Lancaster House Hotel on the LU campus. The booking form was sent to the collaboration in early November. Otherwise, other accommodations can be provided on campus; you can book it yourself, but there is limited availability.
There are many other hotels and B&B close to the Campus.
Rooms: All of the booked rooms are in the Management School. All rooms are booked from 9am Wednesday 11th Jan to 6pm Thursday 12th Jan.
