Community Engagement Topical Group Convener Meeting

US/Central
Breese Quinn (University of Mississippi), Kétévi Assamagan (Brookhaven National Laboratory)
Description

We propose to have our last meeting on Friday, September 9, at 9:00 US Central. We would like to discuss revisions to our reports for the Snowmass endgame. These revisions should include feedback during the CSS, and in some cases, more texts on the motivation: current situation and what we are trying to achieve or convey in the reports. Our suggested timeline for the endgame is as follows:

  • September 9:  discuss and review feedback, comments and additional texts on motivation;
  • September 16: revised TG reports submitted to arXiv;
  • September 23: revised frontier report available for further comments;
  • September 30, final, minor feedback implemented and TG arXiv updated (if necessary), frontier report submitted to arXiv.
