The FCC program includes an e+/e- ring-based collider focused on the Higgs and EW Symmetry breaking followed by a 100 TeV pp collider. The FCC-ee, the e+/e- collider, will be able to host up to 4 experiments and would cover the center-of-mass energy range from 90 GeV to 360 GeV with luminosity per experiment that ranges from roughly 2x10^36 at the Z to 1x10^34 at t-tbar. The collider design is based on 60 years of colliding beam experience but includes many advanced concepts to maximize the luminosity and minimize the environmental impact. This talk will outline the FCC program, describe the FCC-ee collider design concept, and describe the R&D that will enable maximum performance of the facility.
