        Bio: Dr. Crystal Bedley is the director of the Tyler Clementi Center for Diversity Education and Bias Prevention in the Division of Diversity, Inclusion and Community Engagement at Rutgers University, which resides on the land of the Lenni Lenape. She is responsible for educational programming and initiatives that improve cultural competence, reduce bias, and promote understanding and engagement on issues related to diversity and bias prevention to enable inclusive community. She also works with the American Physics Society as a facilitator with the APS-Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Alliance.
