An enormous variety of experimental measurements are described by the Standard Model of particle physics. Even so, the theory is unable to explain dark matter, the excess of matter over antimatter, the masses and mixings of the neutrinos, and the enormous hierarchy between the characteristic masses of the weak and gravitational forces. Throughout their careers, Marcela Carena and Carlos Wagner have made crucial contributions to addressing these puzzles. This workshop will bring together experts from across the world to pursue new ideas in physics beyond the Standard Model and to recognize the work of Carlos and Marcela.
