Additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Registration for Non-U.S. citizens

Access to Brookhaven Lab and to the Meeting:

All non-U.S. citizens must complete the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form—in addition to the event registration form—and be approved in the Guest Information System (GIS) by March 28, 2023 in order to attend this workshop in-person or to attend virtually.

U.S. citizens who are planning to use BNL's onsite accommodations must also complete the additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form and be approved in the BNL Guest Information System (GIS).

If you have a current Brookhaven Lab Appointment and a valid BNL Guest Number or you have a pending Brookhaven Lab Guest Registration (GR) Number, it is not necessary to complete the additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form again.

All visitors to the Laboratory 16 and older must bring photo-identification. View Requirements

Visit Justification:	Attend HEP-CCE All-Hands Meeting – The purpose to the meeting is to carry out a self-assessment of where we are at this point as a project (roughly three years after the start of the planned activities) for PPS, IOS and EG. As well as plan in detail area activities until the end of the current funding cycle (FY23), keeping in mind possible activities beyond FY23.
