DUNE Global Pool
----------------
- DB: BNL schedd for DUNE Global Pool is up. Using IDTOKENS to auth to 
      central HTCondor services. Still need to test and get local users 
      set up.
- MK: Propose that for end users  we support FNAL and CERN, with their 
      accounts, but allow beyond that if it works
- KH: Thinking of add a switch to jobsub lite that will set defaults for
      users for DUNE Global Pool. What schedd to use etc.
- KH: POMS should work if you set it up correctly. Using jobsub lite now
      for the shared pool.

User tools

- AM: Default now
- KH: Submit with old jobsub until March. Default for jobsub_clients 
      changes for DUNE users this week.
- KH: Flags changed for cvmfs tarball in jobsub-lite (check the help.)

justIN
------
- See slides for new CILogon-based logins to justIN dashboard
- Next step is to enable justin command to work without X.509 proxies
