Description
Focus: Introducing the existing, planned and future opportunities for accelerator based nuclear materials science with an emphasis on the DOE Nuclear Energy research and development requirements. The intent is to begin exploring the concept of a Project X Energy Station to complement existing sources of proton and neutrons as well as a flexible test bed to test and evaluate early research concepts.
