Phase 2 ND Workshop
As you should have seen in an email from Stefan and Michel, DUNE will be holding a
Near Detector Phase II Meeting and Workshop at Imperial College, London, from
to June 20 to June 22. The meeting will be jointly organized by the DUNE universities
located in London. The plan is to have three full days (Tuesday - Thursday)
RD51 School
Diego points out the following interesting opportunity
The RD51 Micro Pattern Gaseous Detectors School will take place from November 27th - December 1st, 2023 at CERN.
The school will consist of both theoretical lectures and hands-on laboratory exercises. As announced during the RD51 Mini-Week, the school focuses on state-of-the-art MPGD technologies and is targeted at students and young scientists working on gaseous detectors.

TOAD:
Naseem: Last week did leak test of gas cart. Leaks found and has now been signed off on. High pressure side of ORC should be ready. Still doing final few things for ORC, including power supply for hyraulics. Grounding done. So will try to schedule ORC soon, maybe next week.
Rik: Alysia has been tracking down solutions for MPWCs. In beamline ToFs are working. Some issues with noise in NIM electronics. It comes and goes. But both units operate and PMTs look mostly healthy. Tom asked about separate files, yes likely to have separate readout paths.
Ioannis: Hopefully cards at Imperial this Friday, in US in a week.
Anezka: Need to convert DAQ output to a format to be read into GAr soft. Several channel mappings to sort out. ALICE had 6 connectors per FEC and TOAD has three.
