- Monday night, the Debuncher skid PLC experienced a failure that tripped off the skid and the rest of the station. We swapped out the failed module and were able to recover the station and beam shortly after. The failure/repair resulted in about 3 hours of downtime. -- Relevant Elog entries: 236626, 236628 - Early Wednesday morning the current on L:QPS218 dropped to zero and Ops reported a burnt electronics smell in the gallery when investigating the supply. Ops found the P6 card with a burnt-up resistor and replaced it. The failure happened again, but after another P6 card swap the supply ran nominally. Downtime related to this incident was less than 2 hrs. -- Relevant Elog entries: 236732 - Just as the studies day began this morning, we experienced several successive over current trips at LRF5. We were able to correct for this by increasing the trip threshold at the Marx analog interlock card locally. This held off studies beam for around 30 minutes at the start of the day. -- Relevant Elog entries: 236760
