Validation Tool:

 - Updated :        SEP  1, 2023 : Develop list of validation tests 
 - Updated : OCT  1-OCT 15, 2023 : Write validation tool for Python API (partially already done, for GETs. Will be adding POSTs). Run cron job(s), email the results.
 - Updated : OCT 15-DEC  7, 2023 : Write Validation tool for iPad App <-- Need more time to DESIGN (might not be no cron job)

Documentation:
