Josh K.: Alessandro is now the technical lead. Who becomes the new tech lead?

Ryan: According to constitution, we elect the consortium lead and approve the technical team proposed by lead.

Vote conducted by Google Docs, unanimously in favour of electing Alessandro Thea as DUNE DAQ consortium lead with 15 votes.

• See DAQ general meeting for detail on schedule
• Propoe to run first NP04 in spring before transferring LAr to NP02 depending on tests and NP02 readiness

• focus on effort avaiable in coming weeks and months
