• 26-March for fddaq-v4.4.0 release candidate 1
• 17-April for the final fddaq-v4.4.0 release build
• some number of release candidates in between, each with a decreasing number of changes

• Use of callbacks in Readout?
• 10-second timeout for K8s in nanorc?
• fix for lots of opmon_ids?
• CTB changes from Jon?
• DAPHNE controller
• trigger and triggeralgs logging rework
• updates to the messages that nanorc sends to the elog
• 'trigger bit' changes
• TPStreamWriter changes
• DQM deliverables
• CRT software changes
• etc.

Draft list of changes that we want to tell our Offline colleagues about:

• TC version change, 1 -> 2
• new size and contents of TRH::trigger_type field
• filelayout_version changes, 4 -> 5; new HDF5 file-level Attributes
• changes to configuration (OKS) sometime in the future
• what else?
