Planning workshop next week at CERN

• v5.1.0 pencilled for 12th July
  • Targetting usability of OKS and Drunc at NP02

• CCM server PRR work started (due end of this year)
  • Rough estimate of processes handled by the CCM
  • Expect more updates in meeting as we continue to make progress to understand the resources needed for the CCM to run!

• Microservices
  • Large configuration used in TPG commissioning don't make it on the run registry, seems to be due to a timeout
  • Old issues are still open inthe microservices repo, probably need a cleanup there
  • Automated action in GH for microservice image creation.
    • Tiago has a tentative implementation of that but doesn't know how to test it

• Working with Jake Goudeau (Roger Huang's PhD student) to get WIB monitoring in Grafana for the next patch release
• Monitoring the DFO's trigger types
  • Pierre: Shouldn't we do that in the MLT?
  • Marco: Yes, but we won't get the inhibits, so simpler (in the first instance) to do in the DFO, ultimately, should be in DFO, MLT and Datawriters to have a complete picture
• Influx v2 upgrade
  • This version uses a new query language "Flux", which is so bad that it will be deprecated for v3 (which should already be out, but is delayed)
    • Mean we'd need to recreate all the queries to influx with this language, that was why the initial migration to influx v2 didn't work.
