Tammy hopes to have a tutorial on August 13th on Metacat, Rucio, and examples of processing datasets using JustIN at 1 Central.
Calibration:
-Plex is done. Code in cvs. Tammy thinks that it is in the recent software builds.
-Alignments are done and final. But not in latest software build yet (though Carlos has been manually using latest constants in his rock muon production).
-Pedestals: Code good, but need some machinery for automation. Pedestal constants in the database are a little old now (from this spring, but not from right before HV-on runs). Carlos might update them soon.
-Gains: There is a gains table in the database, but constants not rerun for the spring data. Still not automated. She has written a document about how to run it. Carlos might also put new gains in the database too.
-FEB: Done on database. This includes a few FEB replacements.
-Faiza done with S2S and timing. Not in database yet.
-MEU calibration is ongoing. Maybe done in a week. When finished Faiza will upload remaining constants to database.
-Tammy thinks that having some plots showing the calibrations vs time would be useful, showing that constants are fairly consistent across run periods. Faiza says there are some plots in the code. They also exist for pedestals and LI gain. Migrating blessed 2023 constants to production database (instead of development) in the near future would also be good.
-MINERvA had a suite of validation plots that were run. We will use datasets, not playlists. Faiza will try to see if they can be revived.
Sim and Reco:
- Noe will try making some merged CAFs soon.
Processing:
-Carlos would like to make DSTs and CAFs for the Mx2 data during the period of full HV in 2x2.
-Tammy thinks that we should process the full dataset for the runs in the ~1000's (before HV was on) since those are not blinded yet.
-Zoya says all data that helps us to understand detector performance is fine to process. So for Mx2 data at all levels including reco is probably ok to process.
- Still some issues with the builds for JustIN.
Other items:
-For workshop there will not be a lot fo dedicated Mx2 talks, but there will be a lot of discussion about systematics and Mx2 can be very helpful there.
