The extra gauge U(1) model is special, with the simplest extension of the SM symmetry, it introduces a gauge boson (also a new force), Z’ and a new scalar, connecting Collider Physics, Gravitational Waves, Dark Matter, and Neutrino mass (if with the inclusion of Right-handed neutrinos).
In this talk, we first study the phenomenology of heavy leptophilic Z’ gauge bosons from extra gauge U(1) models at the future high-energy muon collider. The muon collider can explore a wide unconstrained phase space, significantly improved current constraints.We will show the procedure for searching for the new particle Z’ and highlight some interesting properties of the Z’ resonance production.
Additionally, we present the gravitational waves from the strong first-order phase transition associated with the extra U(1) symmetry. The constraints from gravitational waves provide a complementary probe to collider searches.
