Description

The production rate of pions/kasons, which decay into neutrino incident at NOvA, in iron and helium relative to that in carbon is shown as a function of xF and pT. Simulations are done with the medium energy horn configuration in G4NuMI for neutrinos incident at NOvA Near Detector. Results are shown for Forward Horn Current(Focus-Positive) vs Reverse Horn Current for two hadron cross section models.
