- JP: Useful discussion with Rucio developers about tokens while at CERN
      last week. Rucio has merged PR from JP about CILogon tokens: config 
      option in next release.
      Testing Rucio internal use of tokens to talk to FTS. 
      Support for users uploading and downloading with tokens will take longer
      as does not yet exist in code. Upload will take longer. 

Manchester
----------
- AM: justin get-token subcommand request 
      Statement at collaboration meeting that should be able to handle tape
      backed dCache via Rucio rather than directly with WLCG tape API. Will
      try this in justIN.

RAL-PPD
-------
- CB: Liaising with Pandora developers about GPUs on PPD cluster
      Have enabled tokens across CPU and storage. Tested by Steve Timm.
      May volunteer to be enable tokens in pilot factories for one CE.
      Recruitment of replacement for Raja continues administrative process.

QMUL

- DT: Bought more storage for DUNE with IRIS funding.
