This will be the third in a series of workshops devoted to the topic of H- laser stripping and other accelerator applications. The main topics of discussion will be the latest advances in the theoretical understanding and experimental verifications of H- laser stripping, laser based beam diagnostics for H- ions, the utilization of laser systems for H- ion beam emittance or bunch pattern control, and other applications for H- beam manipulation with lasers. These discussions will additionally include advances in laser technology associated with high peak and average power laser and amplifier systems, optical cavities, fiber systems, and fiber transport. This workshop will bring together those at International Labs, Universities, and industrial partners working in these areas to share and exchange expertise and advances over the past two years.
